These Terms govern your use of PocketSentry (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

What PocketSentry is (and isn’t)

• PocketSentry is an anti‑theft alarm and evidence tool. It may help deter theft and record evidence.
• No guarantees: PocketSentry cannot guarantee prevention of theft, recovery of your phone, identification of a thief, or accuracy of any captured evidence.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for complying with all laws where you use the App (including laws regarding recording, photography, and privacy).
• You are responsible for your device settings (lock screen security, permissions, battery optimization settings) and any backups you enable.

Evidence photos feature

If enabled, the App may capture evidence photos during wrong PIN attempts or when the alarm triggers. You control whether these features are enabled and where photos are stored (in‑app and/or DCIM).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and its developer(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or property arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.

No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Changes

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
